Balfour Beatty Communities Expands Student Housing Portfolio with Financial Close on The Leonard in Denton, TX

February 13, 2025 --- Malvern, PA --- Balfour Beatty Communities, a national residential real estate investment and management company, is pleased to announce the financial close on The Leonard, a purpose-built student housing property located in Denton, Texas. This acquisition expands Balfour Beatty Communities’ growing student housing portfolio and will serve students attending the University of North Texas (UNT) and Texas Women’s University (TWU), offering 192 units and 564 beds in close proximity to both campuses.
