Balfour Beatty Communities' in-house Renovation & Construction Division uses proven inspection and assessment processes to develop carefully orchestrated renovation programs that are completed on-time and within budget. With an extensive resume and national network of subcontractors and suppliers, we have the ability to efficiently perform a wide range of renovation and construction work and understand how to effectively manage the challenges of renovating tenant occupied buildings with minimal resident impact and unit downtime.
