MALVERN, PA --- June 20, 2024 --- Balfour Beaty Communities (BBC), a national residential real estate investment and management company, is pleased to announce the appointment of Joanne Taylor as Senior Vice President of Human Resources. In this role, Joanne will lead the Company’s HR initiatives, focusing on fostering a culture of excellence and driving organizational success.

She brings a wealth of experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR-related technology. Before joining Balfour Beatty, Joanne held roles as VP of HR and Operations at Clear Employer Services.
